My journey towards the Marketing Executive
My marketing career, which began with a Master's Degree from Tallinn Technological University, has been a dynamic and evolving journey. Starting as a sales representative, I transitioned into product management, and eventually leading to building and guiding international marketing teams.
I've played a key role in driving the growth of several fintech companies, both locally and across Europe. Managing in this sector, known for its intense regulations and competition, requires innovation and resilience, as well as a deep understanding of the audience and market nuances.
My ambition and expertise in marketing later inspired me to establish my own Advertising Agency - The New Cup Agency OÜ. It began as a unique concept of advertising on takeaway coffee cups, but during time it evolved into a boutique Marketing Agency, specializing in customized marketing solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
Currently, I provide my services as a fractional CMO to several companies, out of which the biggest is a prominent US based B2B lead generation company Vendisys Inc, to whom I am providing consultancy and marketing strategies across its eight different entities.
Working with diversity of companies continually fuels my passion for marketing, offering constant opportunities for professional growth and development.
